His little legs carry him with surprising speed, especially if you crinkle a treat bag or say the word “walk.” But his favorite place? Curled up next to someone who loves him. Rescued from a tough start, Waffles has already proven he's a survivor. Now, nestled safely in a foster home, he’s waiting — not just for a home, but for his human. Story
I have three wonderful dogs that I need to calmly and carefully find new homes. Audrey (Large White Lab Looking), Darcy (Schnauzer looking with terrier), and Henry (Terrier with chihuahua) are extremely loving and have an extreme need for attention. My wife passed away on January 1, 2026, at the too-young age of 60. She was a stay-at-home mom and a little bit of shut-in. The two small dogs were hers, although they adore me as well (Darcy is slightly larger, Henry the slightly smaller one) stayed with her on her bed all day long. I (her husband/now widow) work, visit grandchildren, etc. The small dogs do NOT do well with little children, and so I do not take them when visiting grandchildren. All three want to sleep with me at night, and the little ones like to get under the covers and receive attention. Audrey (White Dog) ABSOLUTELY must have backyard to dig and run around. I will want to go through a process to ensure they fit. Willing to help fund first few months for successful fit.
