**Hi, I’m Stormy… My name fits my past, but I’m ready for sunshine. I’m a 3-year-old, 26lb Miniature Schnauzer mix girl looking for someone who believes every storm deserves a rainbow. Life has been rough. You may have seen a post about me needing surgery and having my spleen removed. The vet thinks a car hit me. But thanks to these wonderful FCCR ladies, I am now healed, and I’m ready to find my forever home. I am still a little nervous and new people make my heart race because I’ve learned that not everyone is safe. But here’s my secret: once I trust you, I become your shadow, your most loyal companion, your girl FOREVER. I’ll follow you from room to room, sleep on my own little bed right next to yours, and show you what true devotion looks like. I have good house manners (mostly!), though I get a little excited sometimes. I LOVE treats (who doesn’t?!) and enjoy walks on my leash but need some training. I am not good with other dogs - I need space to be myself. All I need is patience, love, and someone who won’t give up on me while I learn to trust and blossom. I promise – with your love, I’ll flourish into the most faithful friend you’ve ever had. Could you be my person? Could you be my forever home? Hi ya, friends!!! It’s me, Frisco! I’m an 8-years-young Cairn Terrier weighing just 12 lbs, which makes me the perfect size for scooping up and snuggling! I’m a true gentleman and a sweet boy who LOVES being with my humans—I’ll follow you everywhere because I never want to lose sight of you. My beautiful full tail is always wagging, especially when I see my favorite people! I’m not a fan of crate time, but I’m happy to nap in another room when you go out. When you come back though? Get ready for ALL the wiggles! I love attention and soaking up every bit of love you’ll give me. I get along great with other dogs and enjoy being near them, watching them play in the yard. I’m more of an observer than a player myself, but I love their company! I don’t know about cats or kids yet, but since I’m such a gentle soul, older kids would probably be just fine. I LOVE car rides and watching the world go by from the window. I enjoy exploring the neighborhood and continue to improve my leash-walking skills especially when treats are involved!
