Story
Meet Domino! Domino is 6 month old, Schnauzer/Doodle Mix. He is about 20lbs now and expected to be around 35. He is a stage 10 clinger and would rather sit next to you 24/7 than do anything else. He is super affectionate to people and loves to play with dogs. Domino is vocal in a crate but completely quiet if left out. He is very smart and already knows how to sit and even opens lever door handles 😂. Domino lives with his foster mom in Coral Springs, FL. If you are interested in adopting Domino, please contact 206-909-5957.

Story
Buddy Boy and Charlie Chap are back together again and ready for ADOPTION! They seem happy together, so together they will stay. These boys came to Polka Dogz from a hoarding situation where they had been kept together.  They love to be outside.  During the daytime they come in immediately, but at night they like to wander around the yard. The same goes for inside, they like to wander and explore the house at night when there is no chance of running into a human or animal.  They need to go into a home with a secure fence. They cannot walk on leash, and are escape artists with harnesses.  The boys like to hang together more than interacting with others.  Building a trusting relationship with a human is the next part of the journey for both dogs.  They will let people pick them up if need be.  Both Charlie and Buddy should go to a home that has a slower, laid-back atmosphere, preferably without children. Other animals that respect space would be fine, as both have had bonded and playful relationships with other small dogs. They don’t actually need a lot of attention, but I think they would flourish in a home where at least one person was home regularly. They need to be slowly and sympathetically brought out of their comfort zones. PLEASE NOTE: All your current pets must be spayed/neutered, vaccinated and on heartworm prevention to adopt from Polka Dogz. We only adopt in Florida. All adoption fees go to help all the dogs in the rescue, some of which require extensive medical care. Thank you for caring for the greater good. Adoption fee is $200 and you can apply at www.polkadogz.org. ##1768771##

Meet Rocky, a 9-year-old cattle dog mix with captivating eyes and a lively spirit. Despite a challenging past, he's agile and enjoys running, reminiscent of a buffalo. Rocky warms up quickly, showcasing his funny and clever personality. While not a guard dog, he's a great alarm. Living with 8 other dogs, he craves a home where he can be the center of attention. His reaction to cats is generally positive. In excellent health with medium energy, impeccable behavior, and full house-training, Rocky is ready for a family to make him feel special and adored. If you seek a mature yet vibrant companion, Rocky is your guy. Call him Rock-n-Roll or Rock Rock.
