After a rough start running the streets, she’s made wonderful progress in foster care, and we’re committed to finding her a home where she can continue to thrive. Muffy is about 1½ years old, weighs around 20 lbs, and is a Mini Schnauzer/Poodle/Yorkie mix. She’s spayed, vaccinated, housebroken, and sleeps quietly in her kennel at night. She’s a bright, energetic little dog who loves toys, treats, playing with other dogs, and cozy snuggles in warm blankets. Muffy enjoys attention and has a big personality — she’ll do best with someone who appreciates a smart dog and can provide structure and consistency. She will need regular grooming and gentle handling to keep her comfortable. Good to know: • No cats — she loves to chase • No small children; older, respectful kids are okay • She’s talkative and expressive • Car rides make her nervous Muffy is looking for an active, patient home that will continue helping her grow into the amazing companion she’s becoming.
