Story
Elvis is two years now, and a sweetheart of a young dog. He's a mountain cur - catahoula mix, so has energy to burn! Perfect for an active family with a lot of ground. But, wow!, is he a lovely companion! He LOVES to run and play, yet is kennel trained too. Elvis is probably best in a home with older children since he doesn't quite know his size. LOL. He loves chews toys, and has such a good heart that loves people and other animals. An overall awesome dog. As are all EARS dogs, he is neutered and microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and is on monthly preventatives for heartworm and flea/tick.If interested in adding Elvis to your family, please submit an adoption application via our website, www.effinghamanimalrescue.com.

Story
Hello. I’m Penny and I’m around a year old. They say I’m a Catahoula mix. I have webbed feet like a lab and double dew claws like a Great Pyrenees. I have a beautiful brindle coat. My foster mom says I am a really good girl but a little rambunctious. I’m great with dogs and cats, but I do like to chase. I weigh close to 70 pounds so I would probably not be good with smaller kids but 10 and older would be good. I’m doing good housebreaking. My adoption fee is $150. If you are interested in Penny, please visit www.pawscare.org, and click on the online application. We require the application to be filled out and approved prior to meeting her as all of our animals are in private foster homes. Please fill out all information as we cannot process incomplete applications. A phone number for your veterinarian is a must. We CANNOT process your application without a vet phone number.
