Story
Jelly Bean is a sweet left handed girl that loves to run and play. She loves kids and other dogs. Especially other dogs!!! We are too busy to give her the time and attention she deserves. She needs a home where she will not be alone much and has room to run and play with other dogs or with someone who has time for her. She has a nice big kennel that comes with her and that is where she likes to sleep. She is a good girl.

Story
Available 1/20/26. If you’re looking for a puppy who truly loves people, Saganaki might just be your perfect match. Saganaki is the definition of a cuddle bug. She adores everyone she meets and is happiest when she’s close to her people—curled up in a lap, snoozing at your feet, or settling in nearby just to be part of whatever you’re doing. She has that rare, calm affection that makes you feel instantly chosen. Beyond her loving nature, Saganaki has been an absolute joy to foster. She’s playful and curious, but also remarkably good at knowing when it’s time to rest. She’s adjusted quickly to her foster home, does well with potty pads, and has shown great instincts for routine—sleeping, playing, and settling at appropriate times for a puppy her age. She’s sweet, gentle, and easy to love, with just the right dose of puppy fun. Her favorite thing (besides people) is her little piggy plush toy, which she proudly carries around and snuggles with when it’s time to relax. Saganaki would thrive in a home where she can be close to her humans and included in daily life. If you’re hoping for a loyal companion who will happily nap at your feet, snuggle on the couch, and grow into a devoted best friend, Saganaki is ready to meet you. All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six-months of age are heartworm tested. When adopting, we will ensure that you receive copies of veterinary and microchip records. Records are sent via email. Paper versions are available upon request. If you are interested in this pet, please fill out the brief Adopter Survey by hitting "Apply for Adoption" on the profile above. After we review your completed survey, we will contact you by phone or email within three business days. Please note- Out of respect for our volunteers and staff, we are closed on Sunday and Monday and will not be processing any applications on those days. Please get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect using the process below: Select a pet and submit an online adoption survey. A PCH! adoption counselor will contact potential adopters within three business days (PCH! cannot guarantee any pet's availability, but we make every effort to accommodate adopters with a reply and possible alternative suggestions). An adoption counselor and client will then have a conversation to answer questions, discuss any medical needs for the pet and determine the suitability of a match (if necessary, we may opt to put adopters in touch with foster parents). After a match is made, clients will be asked to sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee online through our secure payment system *Please see our modified no-risk return policy. (below) The PCH! adoption counselor will then set up a specific appointment time and location. Adopters should bring a pet carrier and/or a leash to pick up and their ID. Adult pets will be wearing a collar. It is important that clients arrive on time, neither early nor late. Cats and kittens are required to leave in a pet carrier. If your adoption is scheduled at Pet Central Helps!: Upon arrival inside the Crossroads Center complex (360 Wylie Drive), look for the black Pet Central Helps! semi-trailer, which is right outside of our facility (Suite 720). Park in the parking lot and enter the facility. A PCH! representative will greet you and show you to the adoption room. Your new pet will be handed to you. We will take a "Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. If your adoption is scheduled at PetSmart – Bloomington, IL: Park in the PetSmart (1606 E. Empire St.) Parking lot and enter the store. We will be set up just inside the store entrance. Let us know you are here to pick up your pet! A PCH! representative will confirm your information and hand you your pet. We will take a "Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. If your adoption is scheduled at the Cat’s Meow Cafe: Navigate to PetSmart, park in the parking lot and enter the store. Locate a PCH! Representative at our adoption table and let them know you are picking up a Cat Cafe Cat. You will sign your final contract with your counselor and snap a picture of the completed screen. Head to the Cat’s Meow Cafe at 507 N. Hershey Rd and provide them with the snapshot of your final contract. They will get your cat and take a “Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. PCH! supports a 30-day no-fault return policy in which adopters are given the opportunity to find a better match. If we cannot provide advice/tools to keep a pet in the home we offer these options: Exchange for a pet that may be a better match** Receive a refund minus a $40 processing fee** With this approach, we can often turn mismatches into opportunities! Thank you, Pet Central Helps!
