Story
She was a stray that just ran up to our porch one afternoon. She is beautiful and fiercely loyal even though she had just met us. She sleeps on the floor right next to me in bed, even if the only thing she has to sleep on is the shirt I threw on the floor before bed (We have several dog beds laying around the room). When any of us are in the shower, she lays down on the floor right outside shower. Somebody trained her. Sit, Laydown, Shake, even "Go somewhere else," and she will leave the room. She obediently fetches and returns. Someone trained this dog. Maybe to hunt or something. She CANNOT SWIM however, at least in our pool. But, she loves to RUN!!! The problem is, we had four dogs (and two cats) prior to Bella. Bella and Phoebe do not get along. We don't know why, and sometimes it is hard to tell who starts what, but they do not get along. Bella gets along fine with the cats too. Bella is a bright star, but she belongs in a home where she is the only star.

Story
Introducing Klondike, the adventurous 6-month-old double merle Catah0ula who’s ready to bring some serious fun into your life! This handsome pup is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, making him all set to embark on his next big adventure. Klondike may be deaf and visually impaired, but don’t let that fool you—he navigates his world like a pro! He’s got a great personality and loves to play with other dogs, although he can be a bit of a roughhouser at times, so he may not be suited for all playmates. House-trained and a doggie door enthusiast, Klondike is the perfect mix of playful and practical. For his safety, he’ll need a secure, visible fence to explore his surroundings safely. Klondike is available for adoption within 5 hours of Granbury, Texas, with an adoption fee of $200. If you’re ready to welcome this spirited buddy into your home, check out the application at www.scftx.org/adopt and let the adventures begin! 🐾✨
