He was dumped near my home in Nov 2025, right before a blizzard, in illinois.He is very sweet & wants to be everyone's friend. He has some basic manners and is easy to train, but my husband has alzheimers and we just can't keep him.

Story
Hope is the last of a litter that was born on site. Her mother is a purebred Chardane (Shar pei, Great Dane mix). She was the runt and it was touch and go when she was born so we named her Hope. She is very healthy and is a loving family dog, very brave and inquisitive. Hope is extremely smart. We would love to keep her but we are keeping her brother and we just need to find a home for this last little pup. We have kept in touch with families who took her siblings and they only have wonderful things to say about them. She’s been raised around livestock and hasn’t shown any aggression towards any of them. She loves playing in water. She’s 6 months old and I have her pre-op appointment to have her fixed this week.

Abby’s approximately 18 months old she’s a German Shepherd mix IPer the shelter description, however she’s definitely not as big as one so she’s mixed with something much smaller. She’s a medium sized dog with small paws. The vet has confirmed she won’t grow much larger if at any at all. Abby does have some training and as long as you stay consistent and on top of it she has been through a complete boarding train however, if not held to the standards will take advantage She’s a loving dog very playful good with children. A little impulsive, when excited would recommend always having supervision around children, she is house trained, and crate. Trained also does have an E collar and all of the supplies that she has here we would love for her to have her new home. She also has some extra classes left over from her boarding training as well as some PetSmart classes, a loving dog who deserves a chance, however, there is some major life changes Iam going through .
