Story
Dexter is a four year old pocket bully. He is loving and soft natured and loves to sleep. He can be anxious in busy areas or new environments and can act out when feeling overwhelmed. He loves his food and responds well to reward based training. We have had Dexter from 8 weeks old, however we have recently welcomed two new additions to our family and unfortunately he has not responded well to this or adapted. We are looking for a child free home with someone who can give Dexter a lot of attention and cuddles. I believe Dexter could adapt to a home with other dogs depending on the breed but his ideal home would be where he is the only pet. He has both food and environmental intolerances which can lead to skin problems meaning he is quite high maintenance needing regular baths and grooming together with strict diet control to keep him healthy and well.

Story
Hi, My name is maple! I just turned a year old in September and I'm super smart! My foster Mom has taken me on lots of adventures, like car rides, camping, agility, obedience, hiking, to the beach, restaurants, and even to where she works! And you know what? I loved every minute of it! I love being her adventure buddy and my foster Mom has told me shes doing her best to find me a home with active, adventurous people that like to be on the go too! Don't get me wrong, I love to snuggle on the couch too once Ive had some good exercise. I love to fetch, I love to run, I love to play with other doggie friends, I love cats, I love people (I've never met a stranger), and I love children (but my mom says I might be too much for kids because I get so excited that I start to wiggle and then lick and then sometimes I knock them over so I can give them kisses everywhere). My tail never stops wagging, I never stop smiling and I'm always the happiest, most enthusiastic girl ever!
