Story
Roscoe here is i think about 6 years old. Very loving dog, loves his toys and balls. He is very active and loves attention and play. I love this dog with all my heart and i hope someone here can help me and my family. My older smaller dog dosnt get along with him at some occasions and they end up fghting,he has no other issues besides when him and my smaller dog get into it and even that dosnt happen very often. With my daughter being 4 and my new born on the way we cannot risk having them all together and caging them is just to much work to keep them seperate with my wife home alone with the baby. Again he is very loving very amazing dog. I rescued him from a person who could not take care of him when he was a puppy so i took him in and he has been great ever since. With my family growing and our houseing getting smaller he just deserves a better family with more time and love to give. I hope someone can love him as much as i do.

Story
Paco is a loving sweet dog with a BIG personality. He is very active and loves to play. He is a very big wants to cuddle/pets all the time type of dog. He loves running, stuffed animals, and other dogs. He is good around kids but hides from toddlers (my toddler scared him one time and he won’t let it go lol) He is very hyper, so he is in need of an active home with a back yard. He does have some anxiety that has been treated with meds but with the right home I don’t think meds would be necessary. He truly is my best friend and I’m so sad to let him go but I have no other options.

Story
🐾 Phoenix Is Now Available for Adoption 🐾 Overcoming every odd stacked against him, Phoenix is the true definition of resilience. He came into the shelter with an embedded collar, later escaped his new owner and survived on his own for three solid months in Titusville, battled heartworms, and had to learn—slowly—that people can be safe. Despite everything he’s been through, Phoenix continues to rise. Today, he is still a very timid and easily scared boy, but he has made incredible progress and is becoming more comfortable around people each day. With patience, consistency, and love, Phoenix’s gentle spirit truly shines. 🏡 Phoenix would do best with: Children over the age of 4 Another dog to help boost his confidence A calm, understanding home willing to let him warm up at his own pace 🐕 UTD on all shots, prevention and is neutered and microchipped. 🐱 Cats: Unknown — he has never been around them. Once Phoenix trusts you, the bond is something truly special. He may take time to settle in, but he will make a deeply loyal and loving companion for the right family. He didn’t just survive — he rose. Phoenix is living proof that even after everything, hope still has four paws. 🐦‍🔥🐾 📩 fill out an adoption application here: https://sites.google.com/view/islasjourney/adopt?authuser=0

Story
Beau is my son's playful two-year-old dog with lots of energy. He was adopted from the Halifax Humane Society in Daytona, Florida in 2025. He is crate and house trained. He has some separation anxiety and is on Trazadone currently due to his owner being gone long hours at work. My son is getting married and moving into a place that does not allow pets. He is heartbroken but also knows Beau deserves a family who can spend time with him, play with him, and love him for the fun-natured boy he is.

Story
Skippy, is a senior dog (16/17 years old) that is very lovable, still has pep to his step, and excellent with other dogs and small animals (no prey drive at all). He is crate trained, loves toys, chews, and bones, enjoys walks and even a slow short jog He’s just as happy being a couch potato next to you cuddled up. He knows basic commands (sit, paw, down). He’s happy wearing clothes if you want to dress him, especially in the colder months. He was a stray for a few years and I rescued him in 2017. He’s been spoiled since. Unfortunately, I’m moving across the US and cannot take him with me. He is used to being around other dogs, cats, and even a bunny. He loves his bones A LOT and would do best in a home with no small children. I’m hoping to find a loving home where he can be spoiled, loved, and cuddled for the remainder of his time here. He’d do best with someone that wants to give him the most love they can while he’s still here. He’s healthy and still has some puppy left in him.

Story
Leia is a sweet girl who just needs a little more time than I have. She knows sit, down, and paw. She knows how to get in a cage on command. She also will get in her cage when you feed her and wait till you put it in the bowl. She is from the Halifax animal shelter. She loves to cuddle and will be right by your side. She needs to be walked regularly and loves the dog park going on trips and other dogs. She good with little kids. Sometimes she doesn’t know how big she is. She just a big goofy baby
