Adopted Faro (Pharo) when he was about 2 years old. Super sweet dog and loves to please. He is around 10 years old now. Loves laying on the couch or running outside. Pretty much goes with the flow. Knows how to sit, shake, and lay down. Reason for giving him up is we just had a baby and with our work schedules it’s hard to take care of him.

Story
We are hoping to find our sweet boy, Ozzie, a new, loving home. He’s a beautiful 4-year-old chocolate mix, but will require special care from an experienced owner. We adopted Oz when he was 8 weeks old from a local rescue. We don’t know much about his history, but he was quirky from the beginning. Unfortunately, his quirks quickly became more concerning. Ever since Oz was a puppy, he’s been on anti-anxiety medication. He’s very skittish and sensitive to sound, movement, and touch, which can manifest into nipping and resource guarding. Even with his challenges, there is a lot to love about Ozzie. He is unequivocally loyal to his humans. He enjoys quiet walks, running around in the backyard, and training sessions. He’s an excellent student and will work hard for a treat - our trainers have loved working with him! We are determined to find Oz a compassionate family that will be patient and understanding towards his needs. If you’re interested, please reach out for more details.

Story
We sadly need to find a new home for our beloved dog, Winnie. Winnie is a forty-pound, six-year-old rescue pup with a wonderful personality. She spends most of her time cuddled in her dog bed or lounging in the sun with occasional bursts of playfulness. She is well-trained and eager to please the people she loves. Winnie is crate-trained, house-trained, and generally a very easy pet who has brought us so much joy. Unfortunately, Winnie has fear-based reactivity and has a bite history. The bites were not serious and did not draw blood, but did leave slight tooth marks on the skin. The last bite incident was in 2023. Since then, we have been able to manage Winnie's reactivity through training, gradual introductions to new people, and crating her when needed. We are only considering rehoming now that we're expecting our first child. We're seeking a child-free home with pet parents who are ready to manage Winnie's reactivity to new people in the home. We're sure you'll love her!
