Pet is very friendly, playful. Loves playing with dog toys, eats well. Was found by previous owner, but when we acquired realized we were allergic to her. She needs a good home where she can be loved. Likes a lot of attention. She is all black with a white stripe down her chest. She looks less or close to a year old. She is mixed, but hard for me to determine breed she is.

Terrier mix 52# 3 years old Cat & dog friendly Kids 10+ Fenced in yard required UTD on shots, spayed, and chipped- she has proheart12 so doesn’t need heartworm preventions for a year- just flea and tick! Adoption fee for adult dogs : $250 Good with other dogs, with slowish intros with cats, she’s be fine! When they run and get excited she tries to play but can be redirected 🙂 she’s a smart cookie and learns quick! Tabbs is such a submissive little girl, she will snuggle up, and lean into you for you loves! So far she’s displayed nothing much affection and love. Social girl once she warms up- which is doesn’t take long for her! Tabbs is in Knoxville TN If anyone’s interested in meeting tabbs- we do require for her, a fenced in back yard and as with all adoptions, an application is to be filled out before any meet and greets!

Story
Gunner was adopted 4 years ago and is now 8 years old. He usually weighs between 60-65 pounds. He's an extreme licker and loves all humans. He loves tug of war and fetch. Gunner suffers from extreme separation anxiety and does not do well with crates/kennels. He will either find a way to destroy them or hurt himself trying. He has honestly impressed me with his escape artist acts. He gets along with other dogs once he is used to them, but he has a hard time controlling his excitement for the most part. He would best be homed with someone with experience with these issues and/or home the majority of the time. He gets seasonal allergies and requires medication for that, otherwise he is an extremely healthy and happy dog with quite the personality. I am relocating and cannot bring him with me to my next location. I really want to avoid a shelter so if anyone could please give him a good home we would be forever appreciative!

A few years ago, my boyfriend got Lola from a man giving her away in a Walmart parking lot. She became my father‘s dog, and my father just recently passed away. I am unable to keep her because she is aggressive with cats. She is incredibly sweet with humans once she gets to know them, and she is also very protective of her owner. She has never had an issue with small dogs, but as of recent, there was a small incident. I know that she is grieving the loss of her owner and that may have been the reason she acted out, but due to her aggression with cats and unpredicted aggression with smaller dogs, I can’t keep her. I am trying to find the best home possible, because I still love her dearly.

This is Cricket. She has lost a lot in the past 6 months. First, her long-time companion passed away, and then she and I had to move from our house with a big yard to a small apartment in the city due to unexpected life changes. Cricket is a dog with severe generalized anxiety, and she has not been able to adjust to these changes which is why you are seeing her profile. She has been with me for 10 years, but I can no longer provide her with everything she needs to live a happy life. She is a depressed, nervous wreck. Cricket desperately needs another dog to be her companion. Without a friend, she becomes withdrawn and loses interest in any/all exercise and stimulation. She also needs a patient and caring caregiver who genuinely has a passion for helping animals. If you think you can help provide a happy life for this sad little girl, please apply so we can talk! I adopted Ellie from a woman who found her and her pups under a trailer . All of the pups were adopted but Ellie was was going to be placed in a high kill shelter. I noticed her profile on next door neighbor and felt she deserved a chance . I discovered that she had heartworm which has been treated, she has been fixed , is current on all her vaccines and is a healthy and happy dog I am an older woman and live in an apartment so space and strength is limited. Ellie really needs a home with more room to play and an owner who is more active to live her best life Ellie is a sweet tempered dog who loves walks ,playing ball , and cuddling up to watch TV. She is also very cute with dalmatian like markings and puppy eyes . I have spent thousands of dollars and numerous hours on making Ellie the sweet and good dog she is today and now feel she deserves a chance at the best life I can not provide .
