This big lug of a pup came to us by way of Lee County Domestic Animal Services, as they were running out of space. We often pull dogs from other shelters that don’t have the luxury of time that we do at ARC. Benji is affectionate, playful and very energetic. My story: Say hello to Merlin!! This adorable pup was born right here at ARC. His sweet mama came to us from Lee County Domestic Animal Services looking thin and worn out, and to our surprise, she delivered four beautiful puppies soon after arriving. Merlin is a playful, loving boy who adores everyone he meets. And after all that playtime? He’s all about those cozy naps! Because he’s a Great Dane mix, we’re hoping to find a home with Great Dane experience. He’ll need plenty of space — both in your heart and your home!
