Misty needs you! This shy, gentle older kitten, was abandoned in an apartment complex and a good Samaritan took her to the vet to be spayed. Once back from the vet we determined she was friendly and just a little scared because she had been abandoned. Misty is good with other cats. She would love her own quiet household with a nice couch, another cat buddy and friendly people. Not sure about dogs. Misty would be good with older children but not small children, at least not at this time. Every day she becomes more friendly to her foster family and visitors. She loves treats! Misty uses the litter box with no problem, negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, spayed, microchipped and flea-free. Please complete an adoption questionnaire at https://southerncountiesrescue.org

Story
Baron is about eleven years old, and was adopted in San Francisco where he lived in a tiny apartment. He was found by the SPCA in the bay area before he was adopted by us in 2016 and it's estimated he was a year old at the time, but it's hard to be sure. He's stayed just as energetic now as he was then, and loves to play and cuddle. He especially loves to be underneath blankets. He's friendly and loves to head butt your hand, and has lived well with children and another cat, though it did take a transition phase when adding another cat. We're looking to rehome him since we're continuing to grow our family and I think he'd be better suited in a household with older children, rather than toddlers who harass him.
