Over time, Thunder has begun to come out of his shell, showing glimpses of a sweet and playful personality that is just waiting to fully blossom. He does well with other dogs and is starting to learn that people can be kind, especially when treats and toys are involved, which are two of his favorite things! Thunder is still a puppy, which means he has so much potential to grow into a confident, loving companion with the right guidance and patience. Thunder deserves a home where he can continue to build trust, learn new things, and experience the love he has been missing. He is growing fast and is ready to find a family who will help him shine.
