Dutch would thrive with an understanding owner who’s ready to invest time in training, structure, and positive reinforcement. Phoebe is a beautiful dog - look at that gorgeous tail. Its white tip reaches almost to the ground when she is standing on those long legs! She is very gentle and all around curious.
