If you’re looking for a loyal shadow who’ll be by your side through everything, Oscar might just be your perfect match! This sweet, affectionate pup is a true Velcro dog — happiest when he’s near his person. He can be a little shy when meeting new people and dogs or in new environments, but once he feels comfortable, his playful and loving personality shines through. Don’t let that soft side fool you, though — he’s got plenty of energy! Oscar loves playtime and will thrive with daily exercise and mental stimulation. Chew toys are a must, especially while he learns what’s okay to nibble on. Oscar is still working on his potty training and will need a patient, consistent adopter to help him keep improving. Because he bonds so closely, he can get a bit anxious when left alone, so a family who’s home often or willing to help him build confidence would be ideal.
