Story
Hooch came to us from a shelter. Hooch patted my husband on the shoulder as he walked by and it was love at first sight for them. He loves to go for walks and to meet new people and dog friends to play with. He has a calm nature. The only time he gets overly excited is when there is loud thunder or fireworks going on. You have to hold on tight during those walks because he is strong and likes to investigate so he will pull you around if you let him. He has always gotten along well with other dogs and children. He wants to be friends with everyone. He's about 7 years old and settled, never a bit of trouble. He used to shake, roll over, and sit on his haunches usually to let you know he is either hungry or wants out. He will even sleep at the foot of your bed if you allow him to!

Story
Just like his famous Disney namesake, 4-year-old Nemo was born with a special little "lucky fin"—a partially formed back leg. But don't let that fool you! You’ll barely even notice it when he is trotting happily along. True to his Norfolk Terrier (mix) roots, Nemo is an incredibly affectionate and loyal gentleman who thrives on human companionship and loves nothing more than curling up with his family members. He is already fully potty trained and is always down for an adventure, whether that means going on walks, short runs, or exploring new places. Nemo is a total social butterfly who is playful and fantastic with both dogs and kids. He's a perfect balance of playfulness and relaxing, taking the world in. Because he adapts himself so wonderfully, he would be equally thrilled to join a big, bustling family or thrive in a quieter single life. If you are ready to welcome an ocean of love, loyalty, and joy into your home, Nemo is ready to find you!

Story
5/1 Medical Tests Pending (Chagas) Quarantine up 5/21 Meet Tanner. This adorable 14-pound, two-year-old terrier mix was found wandering the streets near the border of Mexico, and he has the sweetest, most gentle demeanor. I tell everyone he is truly a little gentleman. Tanner gets along beautifully with everyone in his group and is an absolute joy to have around. He can be a bit bashful when first meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, he loves nothing more than sitting in your lap, soaking up affection, and enjoying all the scratches and love he can get. If you’d like to make this sweet dog part of your family, please review our adoption process and complete an application here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt Learn more about our rescue here: https://www.facebook.com/TracysPawsRescue Every dog adopted through Tracy’s Paws receives: • Chagas, heartworm, and tick testing (when age-appropriate) • All core vaccines (age-appropriate) • Heartworm and flea/tick preventatives • Regular Deworming • Spay/neuter surgery • Microchip Breed and age listings are our best guess, based on appearance. Story
5/7 MEDICAL PENDING : Heartworm, Tick, Chagas Quarantine up 5/28 SEE ALL OUR AVAILABLE DOGS ON OUR WEBSITE: www.TracysPawsRescue.org Meet Tate — and what a fun little dog this is. Tate is about 2 years old and weighs 18 pounds. I definitely see a little Pug in there, but beyond that, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe some Affenpinscher? Whatever he is, he is absolutely adorable. This boy is a bundle of energy, personality, and sweetness. He gets along great with other dogs and would be an excellent match for an active family, especially one with kids who can keep up with his playful spirit. One thing about Tate — he knows how to entertain himself, as you can clearly see from his video. He is full of life and always ready for fun. Tate came from the border of Mexico and was turned in by a family that could no longer care for him. We are so happy he is safe with us now and ready for a fresh start. If you already have another dog in your home and would like to see Tate interacting with other dogs, feel free to reach out to us for additional videos. If you would like to add this cutie to your family, please review our process and complete an application here: https://www.tracyspawsrescue.org/adopt Learn more about our rescue here: https://www.facebook.com/TracysPawsRescue Services our dogs receive prior to adoption: • Chagas Testing • Heartworm and Tick Testing (age appropriate) • All age appropriate vaccines • Heartworm and flea and tick preventatives • Spay and neuter surgery • Microchip The age, breed or breeds listed are a best guess and based on the dog’s physical appearance.
