Momma Mia is a 1-year-old sweetheart who came into our rescue pregnant and did an amazing job caring for her baby. Sadly, she only had one surviving kitten, her precious son Norman, and the two share a very special bond.
Momma Mia is a beautiful girl with a bobbed tail and features that suggest she may have some Maine Coon in her—giving her a unique, eye-catching look. Despite everything she’s been through, she is incredibly sweet, loving, and gentle. She still has a kitten-like personality herself and enjoys affection and attention from her people.
Her baby, Norman, is a black medium-haired kitten and just as adorable as you’d imagine. He has grown up feeling safe and loved thanks to his devoted mama.
We would love to see Momma Mia adopted together with Norman, as they are very attached and would do best starting their next chapter side by side. Adopting this pair means double the love and a ready-made family.

Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue adopts in the New England area. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you.
The pets are delivered by a licensed transporter.

Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have.
NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption.
If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement.
We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
