Story
TicTac came into animal control as a stray. He was very unhappy to be there so he came into rescue. TicTac has a very cute papillion personality and would make an awesome trick dog. He loves to learn and loves to please once he bonds to you. we think TicTac had a crappy home in the past and has learned to avoid, but he is being fostered with a trainer who adores him and has him on the right track. She is teaching him how to bond with a human, how to walk on a leash and foundation obedience commands. He seems house trained and is crate trained TicTac LOVES other dogs and loves to run and play. He really has a great personality and is very smart !!! TicTac would do well with respectful kids over 5 years of age. He is a hoot !!
