Story
Meet Fox Mulder and Dana Scully! They are a bonded pair of papillon mixes, around 2 years old and weigh about 11 each. These two are happy as can be, loving life and loving attention. They even do well on a leash and enjoy car rides. They do well with dogs and cats, and are best friends for life. The best part is, they aren't searching for the supernatural; just their forever homes! And the truth is closer than you think... that forever home might just be with you, if you apply to adopt them today!    All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   July 9, 2026, 12:34 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Mac!   Mac is a 5-year-old Papillon/Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a small package. While he may be little, Mac is convinced he’s much bigger than he really is and isn’t afraid to show it!   Mac can be timid when meeting new people and will need slow, patient introductions. If someone approaches too quickly before he feels comfortable, he can become frightened and may react defensively. Because of this, Mac is looking for a home without small children and with adopters who understand the importance of letting him build trust at his own pace.   Once you’re in his circle, Mac is a loyal companion who loves being close to his person. Whether you’re relaxing at home, heading out for a walk, or enjoying time outdoors, Mac wants to be right there with you. He especially loves walks and exploring outside, and he walks nicely on a leash. When he’s excited—whether he thinks you’re going somewhere fun or hopes you’re about to share a snack—he’ll happily stand up and bounce around on his back feet to let you know!   Mac would prefer to be the only pet in the home. He has a bit of “big dog syndrome” and likes to think he’s the toughest dog around. He does not enjoy being crated and may bark if he knows you’re nearby, but he usually settles down with time.   Mac is searching for a patient, understanding home that will give him the time he needs to feel safe and secure. In return, you’ll gain a devoted little sidekick who will happily join you on all of life’s adventures.   Mac would do best with an experienced dog owner who appreciates a quirky, loyal companion and is willing to let him set the pace when making new friends. ❤️     Estimated DOB:   05/14/2021 Adoption fee: $250 (6% KY sales tax included)  We would love to hear from you!
