Story
Jax is a 6-year-old Papillon mix with a sleek black coat and a touch of white on his nose that makes him extra charming. He’s a shy guy at first and takes time to warm up to new people, but once he feels safe, he loves to lean in for affection. Watching Jax run is pure joy—he does an adorable bunny hop that will make you smile every time! When he’s comfortable, his big ears stand tall and his tail pops up proudly, so it’s easy to tell when he’s feeling happy. Jax does have some quirks: he can be protective of his food and personal space, so a home without young children would be best. We don’t have history on how he does with cats, so slow introductions would be important. If you’re patient and willing to give Jax the time he needs to trust, you’ll discover a sweet, loyal companion who will brighten your days.
