Meet Diesel 🚗💨 — a spunky little Miniature Pinscher with a big personality and an even bigger zest for life! Diesel is playful, friendly, and full of energy, always ready to zoom into the next adventure. He loves other dogs, does just fine with cats, and is happy hanging out with both men and women. True to his Min Pin nature, he’s curious, active, and keeps life entertaining wherever he goes. He’s currently working on potty training and leash walking and is making progress. Diesel does still mark (he was just neutered) and will happily wear a belly band while he finishes settling into his new routine. As with all Min Pins, Diesel should only be off-leash in a securely fenced yard—his legs are fast and his confidence is even faster! Diesel is looking for a fun, committed home that understands the lovable quirks of the Min Pin breed and is ready to keep up with his lively spirit. Meet Chase — a pint-sized rocket with a big personality and endless zoomies! 🚀🐾 This adorable Jack Russell mix puppy is just under a year old and came to us after being found out on his own by the Fillmore County Sheriff. Chase is everything you’d expect from his breed: energetic, smart, curious, and always ready for action. However, he has some residual fears and anxiety after being on his own, so he would do best in a home without children and one that is highly predictable. He is uncomfortable with his feet being touched, being leaned over, and will sometimes resource guard comfy places or his people. He is currently working on these behaviors in his foster home, but will need someone who is patient and willing to set boundaries with him, while also showing him that the world is a safe place. He already knows how to sit, seems familiar with potty pads, and is doing well with potty training. He sleeps nicely in a kennel at night and enjoys the company of other dogs. He’s still learning his play manners but holds his own even with bigger dogs. Chase enjoys walks but may try to chase squirrels along the way. He loves chew toys, squeaky toys, food, and playtime, and he’s always ready for his next adventure. He would really enjoy puppy classes to continue working on manners and to provide important mental stimulation. Chase does best when he has plenty of appropriate chew toys, and his future family should plan to puppy-proof the home.
