Ruby is a beautiful girl who was purchased as a gift for someone who wasn't actually interested in having a dog, so she ended up in a shelter. She is a bit stressed and scared, but we know that with patience and love she will blossom. She would be the perfect lap dog for a retiree! Older kids would be fine also.
