Story
This darling girl is Buttercup! She is an 8-year-old female Pekingese. She was surrendered to the rescue with her companion Hauss. They are a very bonded pair and must be adopted together! (The reddish color Peke is Hauss) She enjoys spending quality time with her person and Hauss, watching a good movie on the couch and having a tasty snack. She and Hauss love getting attention and after they have exercise time, they are ready for a good snuggle together. She has been spayed, had all of her vaccinations, been dewormed and microchipped. She received treatment for common in Pekingese skin issues and is having no problem with it at this time. She has occasionally had an accident in the house after being asked to hold it longer than 4-5 hours without a break. Potty pads would be helpful or someone at home to give her a potty break throughout the day would be best. Story
This is handsome Hauss. He is 8 years old and yes, as you can see, he does have the 1 healthy eye. He lost his other eye due to a previous injury. He was surrendered to the rescue along with his companion Buttercup and they are a very bonded pair. They will be adopted together! He has been neutered, had all of his vaccinations, been dewormed and microchipped. He was also treated for run of the mill Pekingese skin issues but is doing great now! He does really like children but those over 10 years old would be best for him! He enjoys the company of other small dogs and doesn't seem to mind being around cats either. Hauss and Buttercup enjoy going for rides in the car and they do very well overnight in their crates. They love to hang out on the couch cuddling and they take treats gently. Whether it's going for a walk or taking a nap, these cuties are ready to hang with their person!
