Needing to find a new home is hard enough but to do so while naked…. The horror. --- Though we are pretty sure she is embracing it. Good news: Angel’s fur should grow back… Bad news: it may take a while… A death of a caretaker, and dementia taking hold of the one person Angel knew from day 1, left this lovely girl in need of a new home. With everything going on in the home, it's no surprise Angel's routine care took a back seat. So unfortunately, Angel's coat was beyond repair, so off it came - hence being naked. Angel’s little world has been turned upside down, and now she craves a home where she can once again be someone’s pride and joy. We don’t know too much about Angel’s past but with the exception that perhaps she wasn’t fed a lot of dog food, but definitely shared in the people’s food. Though she’s always been someone’s one and only, she has the personality that lends well to potentially sharing a home with a mild mannered dog, and/ or cats so long as those cats did not come for her bulging eyes. Angel is used to having someone home with her the majority of the time, and she would prefer that those expectations could be met again… If interested in giving this old girl the retirement home she deserves, give the shelter a call at 603-472-3647 and press 1 for adoptions.
