Story
Hello, my name is: Pumpkin Approx. DOB: 08/26/2025Sex/Breed: Female corgiWeight: 12.6 lbsRescued from: Owner surrenderMeet Pumpkin, a sassy little corgi puppy with a big personality packed into a short-legged body. She is energetic, fun-loving, and always ready to test her limits, fully aware of how cute she is. Like many corgis, Pumpkin is smart, confident, and a bit stubborn, with strong herding instincts that show up in her love of movement, play, and being in the middle of everything. She’s the kind of puppy who keeps life entertaining!Pumpkin will need an experienced adopter who understands the needs of herding dogs, especially during the puppy stages. Corgis are intelligent, vocal, and busy dogs that thrive with structure, consistent training, and plenty of mental and physical enrichment, and Pumpkin is no exception. Without guidance, she’s happy to invent her own rules, so a home that enjoys training and setting boundaries will help her shine. She will do best in a home with tolerant, well-mannered dogs who can help teach her polite behavior and social skills. Due to her herding tendencies and enthusiasm, Pumpkin is not suited for young children; a home with no kids or older, dog-savvy kids would be the best fit. If you’re looking for a confident, spirited puppy full of corgi sass who will keep you laughing and on your toes—and you’re ready to commit to guiding a herding breed through puppyhood—Pumpkin may be the perfect addition to your life! All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Hello, my name is: Skippy Approx. DOB: 1/6/2018Sex/Breed: Neutered male corgi/long-haired dachshund mixWeight: 22 lbsRescued from: Owner surrenderSkippy is a sweet, calm boy with an easygoing nature and the most gorgeous flowing fur. He was surrendered with his friend, Ranger, after their owner experienced a heartbreaking life change, and he’s now ready to find a new forever home where he can be cherished. Skippy is wonderful with people and other dogs, getting along well with everyone (he typically takes the lead with other dogs). He’s house trained, walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and is working on his crate training. With his low energy level and gentle demeanor, Skippy is happiest when he’s close to his people—ideally curled up in a lap soaking up attention. He adores snuggling, has the sweetest smile, and brings a peaceful, happy vibe wherever he goes. Please help us find this sweet boy the forever home he so desperately deserves! All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting? Story
Ona is a 3.5 year old spayed female corgi who weighs 40 pounds. This cutie has had a really rough life of living outside, and we were informed that she was hit by a car and needed hip surgery at 10 months old, but they continued to keep her outside after that. Ona is quite obese and could slim down a bit, but she is a very sweet corgi who loves belly rubs. She has tested well with other dogs, grew up around kids and seems like the total package. Hello, my name is: Jetson Approx. DOB: 12/03/2012Sex/Breed: Neutered male corgi mixWeight: 35 lbsRescued from: Owner surrenderMeet Jetson, a gentle senior sweetheart whose world changed when his beloved owner entered hospice care. With no options for family to take him in, Jetson ended up in our care, and we are happy to help him find a soft place to land. He’s a little reserved at first, but each day his sweet personality blossoms a bit more. Despite his age, Jetson has a youthful spirit — he loves going for walks, is fully housebroken, and is highly motivated by snacks. He gets along well with other dogs, but he’ll need a cat-free home.Jetson is an easy, low-maintenance companion who just wants comfort, kindness, and a family to love again. Story
Bao is 4 years old. Born 8/19/21. We adopted Bao when he was 2 because his previous owner was being evicted from their apartment. We have a cat and they fight DAILY. Bao gets anxious when people try to leave and he starts to nip at people. He needs to be trained but with our busy work schedule we are unable to do so. Bao is very stubborn but is a very happy and high entertaining dog. He gets along well with my children.
