This 8-month-old corgi/golden retriever mix is as sweet as her namesake syrup—golden, warm, and impossible not to love. With the fluffy golden fur and gentle face of a Golden Retriever, paired with a playful corgi body (yes, complete with that classic corgi butt), Maple is a little drizzle of sunshine wherever she goes. Her eyes are open and kind, and her ever-present “smile” makes her look like she’s always savoring life’s sweetest moments. Maple is the ultimate people-lover. She’ll rub against your legs for attention, poke her way between your feet if you ignore her, and greet everyone with a wiggle that’s more joyful than a syrup pour over pancakes. She’s soft, affectionate, and downright irresistible. She’s also a social syrup swirl with other dogs! Maple loves to wrestle and mouth playfully, but she’s careful not to be too rough. She happily shares her stash of stuffies (her preferred chew companions) and matches the energy of whoever she’s playing with, big or small. This gooey golden girl does wonderfully with kids, gets along with cats, and would melt into just about any home looking for a sweet, happy-go-lucky companion. Crate-trained and working on potty training, Maple is ready to be the sticky-sweet heart of her new family.
