Persian kittens & cats in Surprise, Arizona

Duchess is a 6 year old Persian that is fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. She just had a health exam, and she is in good health and ready for adoption. She does get the typical Persian eye leakage, so an experienced adopter who is familiar with this breed and their grooming needs is preferred. Duchess currently resides with our other foster kitties and does fine with them, though she doesn't really interact with them. She just kind of hangs out and does her own thing. She's very sweet and not too needy. She can be independent, but will also come over to you for pets and love throughout the day. She enjoys her wet food, and is always interested in what you're eating. We are looking for a home for her within 20 miles of Goodyear, as we do home check for safety. We cannot travel beyond that as we have young fosters that keep us on a very strict schedule. We are looking for a home with no dogs, no young kids, and either no other cats, or just 1-2 other kitties that are friendly and well-behaved that will be respectful of her space. This is Teddy!! He is about a year old, born on April 26th, 2025. He is a nice cat and loves to follow you around the house. He would love to sit next to you wherever you are. He tends to be shy at first, but the more you around him, he will get used to you. If you are eating around him, be careful he might snatch your food away LOL!When he is pet too much he tends to bite or take a nibble at you. Especially if you are grooming him. If you also rub his belly too much or just be pettting too much in general, he will scratch you. If you pet him just a little, you will be fine. He is fine being touched just not too much.Please be careful with the furniture you’re around with. He might scratch it so if you do have a cat scratcher he will scratch that insteadI’m very unsure if he’s OK with little kids and dogs around him cause he hasn’t been around them before, but he will get used to them with a good amount of time.If you are planning to adopt him please bring a crate.

Mia came to us as "Mamma Mia" after being found amongst a large colony, clearly abandoned and pregnant with what would come to be a beautiful litter of four little furballs. Barely over a year old, you can imagine all of that would be a bit traumatic. Fortunately, it turns out Mia is as sweet as she is snuggly - and give her a fuzzy ball and you'll see her shyness take a backseat to a kitten-like playfulness! She's also proven to be incredibly well trained and well behaved. She has a roommate that she gets along with just fine, however, it does take her a bit to warm up to other cats and she can get a little overwhelmed. Mia's ideal family would be one that understands that a little patience will unlock something wonderful - a loyal, cuddly playful companion who seems determined to match the love you give in full.
