Meet Ayman, our charming 10-month-old boy whose name literally translates to "lucky"—and let’s just say, he’s living up to that title! After a bizarre dream just before I was scheduled to return home from Kuwait, I decided I couldn’t simply abandon fate. So, I texted Alina faster than you can say “airport security.” Imagine my delight (and perhaps mild panic) when I learned there was still time to snatch this little gem! When we arrived to save him from a fate of the Friday Market, there he was, looking as dapper as ever alongside two other lucky friends. Clearly, the universe had conspired to put me in the right place at the right time, and I’m forever grateful for that divine intervention. Ayman is the definition of affection, a playful heartthrob who adores forehead kisses and will undoubtedly keep your spirits high. He practically radiates perfection with his flat squishy nose and stunning orange eyes—his lineage may be a mix of Persian and British Shorthair, but who needs DNA tests when you can just bask in his adorable glory? In a world full of average pets, Ayman stands out as your ultimate best friend. Available March 22nd Alex and been through a lot to get here today. He’s finally ready to be adopted! A Persian from Kuwait, found on a street by a kind person who sought help for him. He was extremely thin, dehydrated, matted, and dirty. He didn’t even look like a Persian back then. His dehydration led to a skin tear, and although it healed very nicely thanks to vets in Kuwait, he still has a big scar on his back from it. Alex is an outgoing, sweet boy who loves attention and being close to his people. He’s the kind of cat who will happily rub against your legs and follow you around just to be nearby. While he’s not a big fan of being held, he’ll tolerate short sessions on occasion. Despite his gloriously plush fur, brushing isn’t his favorite activity, so he may need routine haircuts to keep mats from forming. Alex can be a bit quirky and occasionally feisty, which just adds to his charm. He would do best as an only cat. He hasn’t been around dogs before, but many Kuwait cats adjust well to calm, cat-savvy dogs with proper introductions. And he promises he’s not really mad — that’s just his face! Alex has a history of mouth ulcers and suspected stomatitis. He has undergone a full mouth extraction (FME) and has been treated with steroids to help manage inflammation. Since his surgery was recent, it’s still too early to know whether he will need ongoing steroids or other medications for long-term management.

Goldie is at least 6-1/2 yrs old. How do we know that? He was neutered through a TNR program 6 yrs. ago. It is doubtful he has been outside for the past 6 years as he is a gentle, quiet boy who only wants human companionship. Harry is a very large guy who was originally found as a stray. Although very mellow and calm with people, he did not like the other cats in the rescuer's home. Brinley came to us as a heavily pregnant stray cat. She had 4 beautiful kittens which she cared for and was an exceptional mom cat! Melba had a similar story, came to us pregnant as a mostly feral (but never aggressive) cat. She raised her babies in foster and has been slowly learning to trust us humans. The two girls became very bonded, eat together, sleep together and find comfort in each other.
