Hello! Nice to meet you! I`m Kory. I`m a friendly gal and if you pass by my condo, I may even say hello. If you`re looking for a conversation I`m the one for you. I`m also super curious, I love to watch the world past the window, and to watch the fish swimming in the cattery. I`m the perfect buddy for birdwatching, and I`m sure to scale the top of your cat tree! Come by and meet me and we could be BFFs. I am FIV+ which means I have a weaker immune system. With management, (regular vet care, keeping UTD on vaccines, monitoring for illness, etc); I`ll live a long, healthy, happy life! I love people, but I`d prefer to be the only kitty! She’s bonded with Annie, and together they make the perfect pair. While Pepper can be shy at first, once she warms up, she becomes an affectionate, loyal companion who adores pets, scratches, and playtime. She loves all kinds of toys and has a playful streak that keeps her young at heart. Pepper thrives on attention on her own terms, though she does not enjoy being held. She does best in a calm environment, especially since she’s afraid of the vacuum and dislikes car rides. Pepper gets along well with other cats, enjoys respectful children, and, like Annie, can be nervous around dogs at first, so slow introductions are recommended. dob 12/22/22 Blackie was one of four cats advertised as FREE on a sign on a hardware store door. TC Paw happened to have a spay/neuter clinic going on that day, so we contacted the owner, took all four into the clinic, and then placed them in TC Paw foster homes. Blackie, like the other cats in this group, was confused at first by the sudden change in her environment and was a bit standoffish. She even growled at the other cats. She's more at ease now and is very sweet and gentle. She meows softly for attention and likes to have her face scratched. She loves to eat, and she gets along with kids and other cats. Blackie has a beautiful long coat and an occasionally grumpy expression, but she's not really grumpy, except sometimes with her kittens Moonie and Honeybee. What mom isn't?
