The Mercy Hospice Pet Peace of Mind program is looking for a loving new home for Spencer, a 11-year-old Persian with movie-star looks and a wonderfully easygoing personality. This handsome guy is neutered, front declawed, and has been an indoor-only companion his entire life. While he isn't currently up to date on veterinary care, he receives regular grooming, is in good health, and has no known medical issues. Spencer's family describes him as super laid-back and easy to live with. He's a gentleman who faithfully uses his litter box, doesn't jump on counters, and prefers a calm, comfortable lifestyle. He hasn't been around other cats or dogs, so he would likely be happiest in a quiet home where he can relax, be adored, and enjoy his golden years. The Pet Peace of Mind program helps hospice patients complete their end-of-life journey knowing their beloved pets will continue to be loved and cared for.
