Story
What is Feline Leukemia (FeLV)? Feline Leukemia Virus is a contagious virus that affects a cat’s immune system, making them more vulnerable to illness. Many FeLV+ cats can still live happy, loving lives—just often shorter than average. FeLV is only spread to other cats through close contact (like sharing food bowls, grooming, or bite wounds) and cannot be passed to people, dogs, or other animals. FeLV+ cats do best in homes with no other cats or with other FeLV+ companions. With good nutrition, regular vet care, and lots of love, they thrive and make wonderful companions. Kittens under 1 year have an adoption fee is $125. Adult cats over 1 year of age have an adoption fee is $85. Specialty cats such as Siamese are $175. Purebred cats are $250. The adoption package on all of our cats includes all of their initial vetting (FVRCP Vaccine(s), Rabies Vaccine(unless deemed too small by vaccinating vet), spay/neuter, FIV/FELV testing (heartworm testing where applicable only available at certain clinics), and microchipping. Also included is age appropriate dewormer and flea/tick preventative. All cats come with a 7-day health guarantee (must be redeemed at Pet Station in Union, MO). We DO NOT allow our cats to be declawed or outside.

Story
Marcus is a beautiful, regal cat. He loves to greet new people for pets and even forehead bonks when he gets to know you better. He gets overstimulated easily by noise or rapid movement and has bitten people before. It's important to let him approach you rather than you approach him to avoid that overstimulation. For this reason, Marcus should go to an adult-only home. He loves other cats. He may hiss a couple of times at the beginning of meeting them, but with a slow introductory period, he thrives in a multi-cat environment. We do not recommend adopting him to live with dogs. Come meet this kitty king today!

Story
Cinnamini is a beautiful gal who would like to find a quiet home with no small children. She is not a fan of being picked up, but does enjoy pets. Cinnamini would prefer to be the only cat, but could possibly share a home with another cat as long as proper introductions are made. * We do not know how she would react to dogs.
