Story
Nava is a Persian short-hair. We estimate her birthdate as June 1, 2016. Nava likes to find places to hide. She likes to be held, almost squeeze, firmly, but not for too long. She is shy and generally stays away from strangers, but when she warms up to you she likes to be close (e.g., she would love to sleep in bed with you). She has always been an indoor cat. She lives with another cat and a dog, but mostly avoids them. We are looking to rehome Nava in May as we prepare to sell our house and move across country.

Story
Mazel is a Persian short-hair. We estimate his birthdate as July 17, 2016. He is a sweetie and is friendly with strangers. He likes to be held cradled on his back in your arms, and have his belly rubbed. He also likes to come up when you are on the couch and lie partially on your head, or try to groom you a bit. Over a year ago he had a kidney stone, but we changed his diet to at least half of the urinary stuff and everything self-corrected, no surgery was needed and no issues since. He has been an indoor cat his whole life. He lives with another cat and a dog, but mostly avoids them. We are looking to rehome Mazel in May as we prepare to sell our house and move across country.

Story
Audrey is a beautiful long-haired white and orange girl that is affectionate and playful on her terms.  Audrey is considered a special needs kitty because of all of her illnesses she has had.  Audrey and her brother started off at Heartland as wee sickly babies in Aug of 2023.    She developed a condition called Stomatitis and Heartland treated her for that but the treatment made her sick after a month.  She also developed a condition on her paws called Pododermatitis or "Pillow Feet".  She was treated with antibiotics for both her mouth and feet and given lots of time to heal.  She no longer has either condition.  Audrey does have chronic gingivitis and must have regular dental care.  She must see a vet every year to monitor this so it doesn't turn back into stomatitis.  She also has excessive keratin grown on her paw pads but the vet has cleared her to be adopted.  That would also need to be monitored during her yearly visits.  Hers foster mom thinks she has a compromised immune system so she is more susceptable to certain illness.  She has recovered well from the stomatitis and pododermatis though which is a good sign.  She can live a long and heathly life with the proper care. The upside is she is a one of a kind kitty that is quite funny, playful and affectionate.  Please consider adopting this wonderful firl who deserves a home of her own. She is up to date on her shots, treated for fleas and parasites, microchipped, tested negative for FIV/FELV and spayed. April 24, 2026, 1:59 am
