Hi there, I’m Solstice! I’m a gorgeous long-haired black kitty with a big personality and a tender heart. My past isn’t completely clear, but I do know I was once left behind in a U-Haul, and the world felt very overwhelming after that. Shelter life was especially hard for me, but everything changed when I was given the chance to settle into a quiet foster home filled with patience, understanding, and the space I needed to feel safe. Now I’m ready to leave the shadows behind and step into brighter days with a forever home to call my own. I may be shy and a little jumpy at first, but once I trust you, I’m affectionate, cuddly, and very chatty with my favorite people. I love soaking up the sunshine, figuring out treat puzzles, enjoying a little catnip, chasing the laser pointer, and curling up beside you while I make professional-level biscuits. I’m sassy, independent, and happiest in a peaceful, adult-only home where I can roam freely and be the queen I was always meant to be. Wing Nut (4 months old; bonded with Lug Nut and must be adopted together) Wing Nut and Lug Nut are two bonded gray kittens who must be adopted together. Wing Nut has silky long hair, and Lug Nut has a short gray coat. They also have adorable “puppy-dog” eyes. Both are curious and fun-loving, and they are learning that the many kinds of people are interesting and might make good friends. Both have a playful spirit and will allow you to gently pet them—if you can catch them, that is! They love to romp around together, and they enjoy playing with feather toys.
