Persian kittens & cats in York, Pennsylvania

Zazu is looking for a foster home to finish his ringworm treatment. His foster home will receive medication and instructions to finish his treatment (which started on Jan 14th and should last until the middle of February). But, most importantly, his foster home will also have the first chance of adopting this wonderfully affectionate and loving cat! Zazu is a 1.5 year old Persian cat who luckily doesn't have the same story of neglect that the majority of our cats from Kuwait have. Zazu was taken in as a kitten and has stayed in the same home for the past year. But the owner's mother was getting sick and increasingly allergic from his fur so she requested that we help to find him a home in the United States. Zazu is a gorgeous black and gray shaded Persian cat - pictures don't do him justice. He is a larger boy (11 pounds) and he just loves attention! Zazu's adoption fee is $300; a portion of which will help to support the rescue efforts of our friends in Kuwait.

Mooney was rescued from the streets of Oman. If he had his way he would be stuck to his human forever. He loves his toys and zoomies.

Tilly is a white and brown tabby Arabian Mau kitty from Qatar. She was born around November 2024. Tilly was found alone as a very young kitten in a construction site. She has a very expressive little face and big bright yellow green eyes. Tilly is available for adoption with her companion, adoptive big sister Tuxy. Tilly is a very affectionate and sweet older kitten with lots of lively personality. Arabian Maus are very intelligent cats and Tilly is no exception - she is a very clever and observant little kitty who loves to chase and hunt her toys. She doesn’t want to miss anything and keenly watches whats going on around her with her big, curious eyes. She is a little shy around new people but does not take long to warm up to them. Once she is settled with you she is incredibly affectionate, and loves to climb up onto your lap for kisses, cuddles or rolling over for tummy tickles.

Goldie is being surrendered because her human mom is going into assisted living and can’t take her along. From her human : This is Goldie who is a longhaired, yellow/red, spayed, 6-8 year old female cat.  What a lover she is!  She is polydactyl in all four paws which makes her very special.  She has a pleasant personality and gets along with everyone including children, dogs and other cats.  She’s great with using the litter box and will come when called. Within the last two months, Goldie had developed an ear infection that led to a hematoma that required surgery.  Because of the swelling, it left her with a wonky looking right ear as seen in those final pictures.  She has fully recovered and that ear seems to cause her no further issues.  Goldie’s favorite pastime is being a lap kitty and she definitely excels at doing that!  She often will sleep on her back with her paws stretched out as an invitation for a belly rub which she adores.  So if you’re looking for a great, easygoing, little love bug and can look past that wonky looking ear, then Goldie surely is the cat for you!  Please don’t keep her waiting!
