Persian kittens & cats in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Zazu is a 1.5 to 2 year old Persian cat who luckily doesn't have the same story of neglect that the majority of our cats from Kuwait have. Zazu was taken in as a kitten and has stayed in the same home for the past year. But the owner's mother was getting sick and increasingly allergic from his fur so she requested that we help to find him a home in the United States. Zazu is a gorgeous black and gray shaded Persian cat - pictures don't do him justice. He is a larger boy (11 pounds) and he just loves attention! Zazu is on the tail end of his treatment for ringworm. Any remaining medication can be sent along with him when he is adopted. Zazu's adoption fee is $300; a portion of which will help to support the rescue efforts of our friends in Kuwait.

Emo’s Special Home Needs Emo is a lovely cat who has been in our care for over ten months, and her story is both touching and unique. During her stay, we discovered that she tested positive for heartworms—a result that deeply surprised us. Unfortunately, heartworm treatment options for cats are not available, so providing Emo with the best possible quality of life is our main priority. Emo’s current health is good, but her ongoing well-being depends on attentive supportive care. She thrives in an environment where she feels safe and comfortable, enriched with stimulating activities and a cozy windowsill where she can bask in the sun. Regular visits to the veterinarian are essential to monitor her health and ensure she remains happy and comfortable. If you are considering giving Emo a forever home, please consult with your veterinarian to discuss her specific needs and ensure you are prepared to provide the supportive care she deserves.

Birthday 12/23/23 Noelle is a truly special girl with a heart as warm as her beautiful long fur. She showed up at her rescuer's door on a cold, winter day, standing patiently at the sunroom door, hoping someone would let her in - and into their heart. It didn't take more than a moment to see that she was meant to be a beloved indoor companion.  This super-sweet long-haired beauty adores affection. Pets, cuddles, and lap time are her absolute favorites, and she'll happily settle in with you while purring away. Noelle has never met a stranger - she greets everyone like and old friend and makes herself right at home.  When she's not soaking up love, Noelle enjoys playtime, especially with wand toys that let her show off her playful side. Her gorgeous coat will need regular brushing to keep it soft and mat-free, which she's happy to accept as more one-on-one attention.
