Story
I got Juniper from the humane society when I was going through a difficult time in my life and she gave me comfort and kept me company when I needed it but recently all of that has changed along with her attitude and overall quality of life and I feel guilty and out of recourses. Due to recent changes in our household she has become distant and more anxious by excessively grooming to the point of becoming lethargic. I have not been able to give her the attentions she needs. I have taken her to vet and they say she is 100% healthy, but anxious and needs help grooming but does not enjoy the help. It causes me stress knowing she is uncomfortable with me brushing her. She does not get along with other cats and beats on my roommates cat recently that we have lived alongside for the past 2 1/2 years. It breaks my heart to have to give her up and I just want somebody who can provide for her better than I can and give her the attention and love she deserves and needs.
