Meet Nicky 💛 At 8 years old, Nicky is a sweet, soulful boy who knows exactly what he loves in life: feather wand playtime, tasty Temptations treats, and plenty of belly rubs. One of his most adorable habits is sitting up on his hind legs like a little puppy, looking around and politely asking for snacks, it’s impossible not to smile when you see it. Nicky is a bit different in the most special way. His front legs and paws developed differently, which means he doesn’t jump up on furniture or scratch on things. Because of this, he’ll do best in a home that’s easy for him to navigate but he gets around just fine and has plenty of love and personality to share. He can be sensitive to loud noises, so a calm, cozy environment will help him feel safe and relaxed. Nicky gets along well with other cats especially his best friend Jazzy, who he must be adopted with and he’s also comfortable with small dogs. He’s great with kids too, making him a gentle and adaptable companion. If you’re looking for a pair of unique, affectionate cats with charming quirks, Nicky and Jazzy might be the perfect additions to your home. 🐾

Meet Annie 🧡🤍🖤 At 14 years young, Annie is a beautiful calico queen who is ready for the chapter she has always deserved. Life wasn't easy for Annie before coming to Whiskers. As her beloved human mama's health declined due to Alzheimer's, Annie's care became increasingly difficult. When she arrived in our program, she was in heartbreaking condition—underweight, heavily matted, and clearly in need of some love and support. Thanks to dedicated veterinary care including a much needed dental, good nutrition, and plenty of TLC, Annie is feeling better every day, though she still has some healthy weight left to gain. Annie does have some arthritis and takes some gabapentin and her heated bed will come with her! Don't let her age fool you—Annie has plenty of personality! She is equal parts sass and sweetness, with a wonderful mix of independence and affection. She adores curling up on your lap, happily accepts treats and wet food offerings, and will gladly supervise your day from a sunny window seat. When she's feeling playful, Annie enjoys catnip, chasing sunbeams across the floor, splashing at her cat fountain, and watching the world go by outside. She's the kind of companion who brings comfort simply by being nearby. Annie is looking for a peaceful home where she can finally be the center of someone's world. She would much prefer to be your one and only pet, soaking up all the attention, love, and pampering she has waited so long to receive. If you're searching for a loyal, loving friend to share quiet moments, warm laps, and sunny afternoons, Annie may be the perfect match. This sweet senior girl has been through a lot—but we think her best days are still ahead of her. ❤️🐾
