Persian kittens & cats in Blacksburg, Virginia

Hi My mom's cat, Ms. Kitty, needs a new home. Mom passed away in January but my wife and I have had Ms. Kitty for 6 months now, as mom was in a nursing facility since July. Ms. Kitty is a purebred Persian and is 7 years old. She has long white hair except for a patch of black on top of her head and ears, a patch in the middle of her body and long fury black tail. She's really majestic. I promise to have better pictures up in a day. She gets along with all animals and humans, she's a very docile cat and does sleep a lot, which is common for Persians. She's affectionate and seeks out her human companions, has a cute purr. Being a Persian she does have more needs than a shorthair. She needs combed and brushed frequently or her fur will matt if neglected. Her eyes weep and a tissue to her eyes takes care of it. A touch of vaseline on her nice keeps is soft. I also only want to adopt her locally. I want her a good home with a family well off enough to take care of her.
