Story
Panda was born in a litter of 7 to a homeless couple living in the river bottom who already had 3. They love their dogs but cannot take care of 10 dogs, and are trying to find good homes for them. They are all very skinny and many have wounds from being chained outside all day. I took Panda to get spayed and vaccinated and she's now staying with me for a bit. She warmed up to me quickly and is a very sweet girl. I would hate to have to return her to the river bottom.

Story
I’m Skye. A Strong and Capable Girl Who Needs A Home To Heal InI'm currently in California, but my bags are packed, I’m ready to travel to my new home. Where are you? Are you my new family? I’ll travel to you when I'm all healed up! I’m 2 years old. A Husky and German Shepherd mix with energy to spare, even when life has tried to slow me down. I came into the shelter as a stray with an injury to my back leg, but I never stopped moving. That’s just who I am. Alert. Driven. Curious about everything around me. My left hind leg is healing now. I’ve already had treatment, I’ve got medication, and the vet is taking good care of me while everything heals the way it should. I just need time, consistency, and a calm place to recover. Even with all of that, I still want to get up and go. I’ve got that Husky-Shepherd brain and body. I notice everything. I want to explore. I want to be involved. Sometimes I can be a little hyper, especially when I’m stuck in stressful places with nowhere to put my energy. What I really need right now is a medical foster or adopter who understands dogs like me. Someone patient.Someone active.Someone who won’t mistake my energy for a problem when it’s really just life still trying to come out of me. I need a place where I can decompress, heal properly, and settle into a routine that makes sense. Because underneath the healing leg and the kennel stress is a really good dog. One who still believes there’s something better ahead. ##2728983##

Story
I’m Vince. Quiet Heart. Good Boy Energy. Just Waiting for Someone to Notice Me.I'm currently in California, but my bags are packed, I’m ready to travel to my new home. Where are you? Are you my new family? I’ll travel to you! I’m a 3-year-old Siberian Husky, about 60 pounds, with a red and white coat and the kind of personality that doesn’t need to take over the room to matter. I came into the shelter as a stray with another Husky named Sunny. We looked out for each other the best we could in a place that never really felt safe. For over two months, I had to live in a loud kennel surrounded by stress, noise, and dogs trying to survive the same way I was. Through all of it, I stayed out of trouble. If dogs argued or fought, I moved away. That’s who I am. Calm. Gentle. I don’t look for problems. Even after being injured by another dog in the kennel, I still stayed soft. People keep saying I’m a very good boy, and honestly, I try really hard to be. I’m good with kids. I do well around people. I’ve got that Husky sensitivity where I notice energy, tone, routines. I’m not loud and demanding all the time. I’m more the kind of dog who quietly stays near you and watches the world with you. Right now I have a foster, which means I’m safe, but I’m still waiting for my real home. A calm home would fit me best. Someone patient. Someone kind. Someone who understands that after surviving a shelter for that long, a dog might need a little time to fully exhale. Once I do, I think you’ll see it right away. A loyal companion.A steady presence.A dog who never stopped being good, even when life got hard. ##2733447##

Story
This Gorgeous Big Boy is not only stunning, but a Big Boy with the sweetest heart of Gold. He's just a lovely boy and cuddle bunny. He is however, dog selective - preferring not other Male dogs, he seems to get along with female dogs however. Fernando loves playing Fetch, and is good at it. He loves long walks on the beach (or wherever), and just wants a lovely family/best friend of his own, as he will truly be there for you....He is VERY well House-trained as well If you are looking for a wonderful large pup to be a constant companion, to be there for you, to run and play with, etc, Fernando is your boy! He's still young, doesn't have spastic puppy energy, is neutered, microchipped, wormed and ready for his new home!
