Story
We are looking for a good home for someone to adopt two dogs. We would love for them to stay together, but realize this is unlikely. They are bonded to each other and would transition better together. Copper extremely gentle and affectionate. He is great with their two kids (2 years and 10 months) and allows them to crawl on him/ hug him. They are still learning to be gentle and give him space but he is very patient. He has always been great with people. He can be particular with other dogs, but is very bonded to the husky. Copper needs someone who has the time to give him more stimulation and attention. Padme is more shy and cautious. She loves pets and will put your hands and arm on her to force you to pet her. Padme has run with Mom and does really well. She can generally handle longer activities as long as it’s not too hot. Both dogs have a very high prey drive and will go after other small animals. They would not be a good fit for someone with cats and small pets.

Story
Meet Goliath – A Gentle Giant Looking for Love Goliath is a calm, affectionate “gentle giant” at ~3-4 years old who thrives in a home where he can spend time with his people. He doesn’t need much exercise—just attention, companionship, and a cozy place to relax. He was also extremely good with small dogs and puppies, including helping them with boundaries and mouthing. He has done great at community events (food truck festivals and beaches), and previously lived with small children, always showing respectful and gentle behavior. Goliath is crate trained but doesn’t need one and settles easily into a home routine. Due to his size, he eats about 4 cups of food per day, which his future family should be prepared to maintain. This rehoming decision is made with love, as my schedule and finances as a first responder no longer allow me to give him the time he deserves. Goliath is a loyal, loving dog ready to be someone’s constant companion and enjoy a quiet, stable home.
