Story
This is my handsome grey pit bull who is looking for a new forever home. He has the biggest heart and so much love to give. He’s loyal, affectionate, and loves being close to his people. If you’re sitting down, he’ll probably be right next to you (or trying to be in your lap!). He’s playful and enjoys toys, walks, and outdoor time, but he also loves to relax and just hang out. He’s protective in the best way — he bonds deeply with his family and just wants to feel safe and loved. I’m looking for a responsible, patient owner who understands the breed and can give him the time, attention, and stability he deserves. He would do best in a home where he can get regular exercise and lots of affection. This decision hasn’t been easy, and I truly just want the best life possible for him. If you or someone you know can offer a safe, loving home, please reach out. 💕

Story
Bailey was given to me by a coworker. I deal with anxiety and wanted an emotional support animal. However, it sensed like she needed me just as much as I needed her. Bailey likes to be loved on with rubs, but kisses, and snacks. She is a very shy dog and doesn’t trust easily. I’d like to find Bailey a home where she’s loved, wanted, and with owner who have the time to train her and spend time with her.

Coco is a beautiful, energetic soul who has brought so much love and laughter into our home. Adopted from a shelter, she has truly been a blessing — playful, affectionate, and always ready to brighten your day. Coco has a sweet spirit and a big heart. She’s wonderful with kids, great with other animals, and thrives on attention, cuddles, and playtime. With some recent lifestyle changes, we want to make sure Coco has the space, time, and environment she deserves to continue being her joyful self. She would make an amazing addition to a family looking for a loving, playful companion who’s full of personality and warmth. 🐾💛

Story
Rambo is a Pitbull around 2 to 3 years old, he is a very loving dog but it’s aggressive towards strangers and other dogs and needs someone who has the time and patience he requires to train him and fix his behavior issues. Besides his behavior he is a great companion with a sweet and calm personality.

Story
"Courtesy Post." This is not a Street Paws animal, but we are assisting a family with placing their pet.  Hi, my name is Yogi Bear, I am a German shepherd Australian kelpie mix that looks mostly like a black German shepherd. I am super sweet and vocal. When it comes, I get excited to play. I think I am a lap dog and love to cuddle at night. I really enjoy running around in the yard, playing ball, fetch, or just chasing my dad or my friends. I am competitive but also get along great with other dogs. I’m not sure if I like cats yet or not because I have never had the chance to meet one. I really would like to go to the same home as my dad, but I’m not opposed to going our separate ways and being spoiled by my new owner. I do, however, need space to run, so I hope wherever I go, I have a nice yard to play in or a nice field with animals to work. My dad’s and my dream job is to work on a farm together.  Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  Adoption fee is $300 To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt .     This application does not commit you to an adoption. Story
"Courtesy Post." This is not a Street Paws animal, but we are assisting a family with placing their pet.   Kobe: Certified Good Boy, Professional Listener, Full&#226&#128&#145Time Snack Enthusiast Hey there! I’m Kobe, and if you’re looking for a best friend who never interrupts, never judges, and always looks fabulous… congratulations, you’ve found me. I’m basically the furry version of that friend who nods politely while you tell a dramatic story. I listen to everything you say — but I don’t bark back. Not because I can’t… but because I live in a quiet home, and honestly? I enjoy the peace. Inner zen, you know? Now, if you invite me to jump on you or play? Oh, I will absolutely take you up on that. Don’t tempt me with a good time. I’m friendly, house-trained, and walk with the confidence of someone who knows they look good. Other dogs bark at me on walks — I assume it’s jealousy. I just give them a look like, “Sweetie… please.” I have too much pride (and too much self&#226&#128&#145respect) to run off or bark back. My hobbies include: Snack sampling Belly rub negotiations Lying on any warm surface I can find Chilling in my crate like it’s my personal studio apartment I’m crate&#226&#128&#145trained, people&#226&#128&#145loving, kid&#226&#128&#145approved, and ready to charm absolutely everyone. Big humans, tiny humans — if you’ve got hands for petting, we’re going to get along. If you want a dog who’s calm, hilarious without trying, and secretly believes he’s a little bit royalty… I’m your guy.
