Libby is a sweet, playful 8–9-month-old dog looking for her forever family. She came to us unexpectedly after a friend’s neighbor threatened to have her euthanized if no one could foster her. Since coming into our care, Libby has thrived. She is fully up to date on her vaccines and, after spending much of her early life on a chain or in a crate, now enjoys plenty of freedom to play and explore. She sleeps in her crate at night while everyone is in bed, and during the day she runs in our fenced yard and explores our home. Libby is remarkably well-adjusted, happy, and affectionate. She gets along with every dog she has met and loves people, too. She will likely remain a high-energy girl, so she needs an adopter who can provide regular exercise, attention, playtime, and guidance. Our senior cat is too low-energy for her, and our 3-year-old dog prefers to be an only dog, so we are seeking a better long-term match for Libby.

This handsome boy is as easygoing as they come. Cole is super chill, gets along well with other dogs, and is happiest just hanging out and enjoying the moment. He can be a little shy at first and will need a patient, loving family to help him continue building confidence. Cole and his siblings came from the streets as puppies, and while new people can still make him a bit unsure, he’s made huge progress over time. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality really starts to shine. Cole would thrive in a calmer home with someone who understands that the best things take time. He does need a securely fenced yard so he feels safe and comfortable going potty, and he also needs another dog in the home as a companion to truly be happy. Having a confident furry friend by his side helps him feel more secure and comfortable in his surroundings. With a little encouragement and continued socialization, he’ll keep blossoming into the amazing companion he’s meant to be. He’s also overcome some past hip issues and, after physical therapy, is feeling better and stronger every day! Top of the mornin' to ya! It's me Mullen, the most pleasant lad you'll ever meet! You don't hear about many Irish Siberian Huskies now do ya? But, here I am! With my ginger-red coat I am the talk of the town, however, I can only be adopted in my town because I am kind of an anxious kind of fellow. I love other dogs and must be adopted with another calm/confident dog please. My new owners need to be patient and great at building confidence in me, as I never was loved on as a pup so I am still nervous with new people and in new situations. However, I am very smart and learn quickly!! Some basic information about Mullen; he is male, Siberian Husky mix, and expected to be medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $300 (in TX)
