Meet Theo! Theo is a big, handsome black-and-white boy with a heart just as big as he is! This sweet guy is calm, laid-back, and simply enjoys taking life at his own pace. If your idea of a perfect evening is relaxing on the couch with a furry friend by your side, Theo might be the perfect match for you! Theo would love nothing more than to find a quiet, loving home where he can settle in, get comfortable, and spend his days relaxing beside his favourite person. He’s the kind of cat who would be happy to keep you company while you watch TV, read a book, or just enjoy a cozy evening together. Theo hasn’t met any of the other cats here at the shelter yet, and he hasn’t been introduced to dogs either. If he’s going to have furry siblings in his new home, we’ll need to do some introductions and testing first to make sure everyone is comfortable and a good match. Theo will come neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, so he’ll be all ready to start his next chapter with his forever family! Pudding is as sweet as her name suggests! This gentle girl has been doing well with the other cats here at the shelter. While she gets along well with her feline friends, she can be a little particular about her personal space and may give them a hiss if they get too close too quickly. With respectful cats who understand her boundaries, she coexists very well. Pudding has also been introduced to some of the dogs here at the shelter and, so far, she has shown good responses. As with any new pet, slow and supervised introductions will help set everyone up for success. Pudding has a kind heart, but she can also be a little shy when meeting new people and exploring new places. She just needs someone who understands that trust takes time and is willing to let her settle in at her own pace. Once Pudding feels safe and comfortable, her loving personality begins to shine. She enjoys quiet companionship and would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can build confidence and feel secure. Because she can be timid, Pudding would do best in a quieter home with older, cat-savvy children who understand how to respect her space and let her come to them when she's ready. Pudding is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated, so she's ready to head home with her perfect family.

Paradise is ready to find her purr-fect home! 🐾❤️ This sweet calico mama came to Border Paws Animal Shelter with her two babies after being transferred into our care to help this little family find their forever homes. Now that her babies are getting settled, it’s Paradise’s turn to find a family of her own! Paradise is an absolute sweetheart who is all about the cuddles. She loves attention and is always ready to greet you with a friendly hello, especially first thing in the morning at breakfast! 😻 She has such a loving personality and will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give. Paradise hasn’t been formally introduced to the other cats in the shelter yet. She has given a few of them a little hiss through the kennel doors, so we’re not sure yet how she will feel about sharing her home with other cats. She also hasn’t met any dogs yet, so slow and proper introductions would be important if there are other pets in the home.
