🩷 Meet Hayden A petite, adorable little girl with the saddest eyes and the sweetest soul. Hayden is approximately 6 months old and has come such a long way since we first met her. Hayden had a rough start from being trapped in our parking lot, scared and confused. Slowly but surely, Hayden began to blossom. Little by little, she started to realize she was safe, loved, and cared for. Now Hayden is ready to find her forever home. She will need a patient and understanding adopter because she can still be shy with new people at first — but she is absolutely worth the payoff. Once she trusts you, you’ll see the gentle, loving kitten hiding behind those soulful eyes. We also think she may do very well with another friendly kitten or young cat to help her continue building confidence and to give her a playmate. Hayden’s journey has been all about learning to trust and feel safe. We know the right person will help her continue that journey and show her what it truly means to be home. 🐾 Meet Sherman — A Sweet Boy Who Comes With a Best Friend! 🖤❤️ Handsome Sherman is a gentle, lovable boy with a big heart — and an even bigger love for treats! He enjoys being petted by our volunteers and is always happy to ask for a little extra attention (and maybe an extra snack or two!). But there’s something very special you need to know about Sherman: he has a best friend named Trevor. 🐱🐱 These two boys have formed a wonderful bond and find comfort and companionship in one another. Because they are bonded, Sherman and Trevor need to find their forever home together. After all, the best things in life are sometimes better in pairs! 💕 Sherman does have stomatitis and has had his teeth removed, but he still experiences some inflammation in his gums. He takes a simple medication that can be crushed and mixed into his food to help keep him comfortable — and he handles it like a champ! Sherman can be a little timid and would be happiest in a calm, quiet home where he and Trevor can settle in at their own pace and feel safe and loved.
