Pixiebob kittens & cats in St Augustine Beach, Florida

Rowan is a beautiful (and rare) female orange kitty who we originally adopted with her brother Rory to be barn kitties (they were found outside). They are bonded and really need to be adopted together (his listing is separate). It was immediately clear they were not going to be barn kitties as they are scared of their own shadows. There is not a mean bone in their bodies but they are easily startled and, having been living in our barn house without TV or music or a bunch of people, they are used to a very quiet environment. It will take them a bit to get used to a normal household but we can no longer just let them hang out in their own house. These kitties will love having more attention and their own home and people.

I found Lily one night under a tree on the river. I spotted her in my headlights, and She was skin and bones, covered in ticks, and so hungry that she didn't even hesitate to let us pick her up and take her home. Since rescuing Lily, we have taken her to the vet, where she received her vaccinations, deworming, and other necessary care. She had over 100 ticks on her, which left her with several sores and wounds. Thankfully, she has now been completely tick-free for a month! For the first three weeks, we fed her four times a day to help her regain the weight she had lost. She has gained most of it back, but because she was malnourished for so long, her back legs are still weak. Despite everything she has been through, Lily is one of the sweetest cats,She absolutely loves attention, cuddling, and being around people. She does give little love bites, but she has never hurt me. She has also been around my other cats and gets along with them really well. She is now around 7/8 months old
