She was adopted from FurKids at age 7 and has been a loyal companion ever since. Mika prefers a calm home where she can feel safe, and she will likely form a strong bond with her adopter. She enjoys wet food and is very food motivated, needs daily brushing, and experiences occasional hairballs. Mika is independent around other pets and humans but thrives with patient, loving attention. She’s gentle, quiet, and brings warmth to any home. Jupiee is a sweet, shy, and affectionate 3-year-old boy who loves attention and cuddle, especially one on one hugs in a calm, stable environment. He was adopted from a FurKids shelter as a kitten and has grown into a well-mannered cat who mostly keeps to himself around guests. He is on a consistent feeding routine and enjoys wet and dry food. Jupiee may need a patient owner to help him with grooming and occasional litter box oversight, but with consistent care, he’s a happy and loving companion. He is: affectionate, shy, gentle, food-motivated, somewhat playful, and well-mannered

Story
Tobey (originally Gerbil at the Atlanta Humane Society) was adopted as a 6 week old kitten in December of 2019. He is a very cuddly cat to his owners, however, he is territorial over his domain with a history of intimidating guests and our children. This has become difficult as we've started a family with two young kids. While he only has a couple instances of swiping at our kids/guests, he is difficult to trust. He has never bitten anybody. We think Tobey would do well in an adult-only home. We should also note that he is on a special diet, as he had a urinary obstruction in September 2023. We haven't had any issues since and the vet has assured us that future blockages are unlikely as long the prescription food is maintained. We would love for Tobey to find a loving home.
