Well, maybe you don’t, as she tends to either be curled up in one of the hidey-holes of a cat tower or in one of the covered pet beds. Anyways, this is Peppermint!Peppermint is one of our longer cat residents, being here over 6 months now. Notice how she’s only 8 months old? Yeah. She’s been here since she was a young kitten. Why has this little gal been here so long? Well, that’s likely due to a simple reason: she isn’t the most loving or cuddly cat. She bounces to the beat of her own drum. She likes her space and her own personal time. Now, don’t get confused, she does enjoy getting some love or attention from humans, but most of the time? She could care less, respectfully. She is the definition of an independent cat. She’s content being left to her own devices and being her own entertainment.If you’re wanting a little furry buddy to keep you company, but also don’t want a cat that’s all up in your face demanding all your time and attention, little Peppermint here might just be the perfect fit for you. 🐾

Lilo 💅Female Domestic ShorthairTabby & White || 1 Year OldThis well-kept and gorgeous looking girl is Lilo. Lilo came in as a stray and was never reclaimed, and really, Lilo cannot believe that this is her BNB experience. 0/10, would not recommend. Lilo is a prim and proper gal, and she knows it. She wants to be pampered. She wants to be cuddled. She wants all the attention all for herself all the time, obviously. She does okay around other cats, not too sure on her opinions of dogs. She likes people, but she’s more of an independent gal who prefers to get her love and attention on her own time. She’ll happily spend her time living parallel to you, maybe with the occasional begging for some treats or a nap in your lap. As much as Lilo appreciates having a place here instead of out in the streets, she’s just as ready to get busted out of here and get her own place she can call her own. If you’re wanting an absolutely beautiful gal to bring a little more life into your home, Lilo would love to take the position. 🐾
