Pixiebob kittens & cats in Rochester, Indiana

Meet Joy! Joy is a 7.5 year old girl, just going into her senior years!   She came to us after a change in her owners life circumstances. Joy lived in a quite home with not alot of visitors in/out of her previous home. She should be fine with respectful kids and will be fine with other cats, as she previously lived with one. Joy has never been around dogs before.    We recommend that Joy has a large, high sided litter box in her home! She is a back up in it to pee kind of girl, who doesn't squat! This helps to prevent messes just outside of the litterbox to clean up.  Spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines and on monthly prevention.  Adoption fee is $40 or $0 with our Senior to Senior program for those 60 years old or better!   Interested in adopting a kitty from us?! Meet Angelo! Angelo is now about 5 months old. He is a social, energetic, fun and playful guy! Angelo is fine with other cats and will be fine with kids as well! He is very scared and upset by dogs and we do not recommend any be in his new home.    Angelo will always have "droopy" looking eyes, especially with his right eye. He came in to us as a small kitten with severely infected eyes, we saved his eyes, but the conjunctiva (third eyelids) of the eyes were scarred to his eyeballs. Some of the tissue of the conjuctiva (third eyelids) was removed when he was under for his neuter, but he will never have "normal" looking eyes. The damage from the infection not being treated before coming to us, left permanent scarring. He can see, but his vison is not normal and will never be. Angelo does get along just fine the way he is, and doesn't let it stop him! He will have a bit of watery eyes off and on, for the remainder of his life. Angelo's owner will need to have a relationship with a vet, to provide care for him if he needs eye medication throughout his life. We are happy to suggest a local veterinarian, if you are local to our area.   Neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines and on monthly prevention. Adoption fee is $80   Interested in adopting a kitty from us?! Meet Bella!!  Bella was born in September of 2024, so she is still a young girl at just 2 years old!  She is a friendly and loving girl! Bella loves your attention and enjoys being in your company.   Bella was adopted from us as a little kitten, but just recently brought back after her owner could no longer afford to take care of her. Bella was diagnosed about a year ago as having bladder stones, and MUST remain on Prescription Urinary Cat Food for the rest of her life. This food is designed to keep bladder stones from forming and keeps them broke down if they start to develop. It is a must to keep Bella a healthy and happy kitty! She will also need her food measured out at feeding time, to keep her weight in check so she is not obese. She came back to us at nearly 13 pounds and has since lost about 1.5 pounds with her feeding routine and getting out and about for exercise. We have been letting her roam in our intake office with our resident cat! This has let Bella be more active and for us to see a bit more of her personality shine!    Bella will be fine with kids and other cats. She despises dogs and she needs a home without them!   Spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines and on monthly prevention. Adopt fee is $50   Interested in adopting a kitty from us?! Apply online here: https://www.fultoncoanimalcenter.org/apply-to-adopt-a-cat After your application is reviewed & approved, a staff member will be in contact to set up a time to come in to see our kittens & cats!
